Eptura statuses map to Roomward's: New → open, Assigned → assigned, In Progress → in progress, On Hold/Waiting → waiting on parts, Completed/Closed → completed, Cancelled → cancelled. Priorities map similarly, with Urgent and Critical becoming critical.
